desiring for ad hoc appointments, should come with all original
certificates of qualification & Mark sheets with attested copy
(M.B.B.S., M.S./M.D.) and Certificate of registration of Gujarat Medical
Council and three passport size photograph.
Possess Post graduate diploma hold in respective subject as above having experience of Two Years in Gov. Hospital Or own managed or controlled by the NGO hospital or trust hospital are eligible for appointment.
